Hi shubham, your chest x ray shows a large thick walled cavity. It is important to know your old chest x rays and TB history to understand if it is a previous cavity or new finding ( in which case a further evaluation is mandated) Also for palpitations a ECG and Echo must be performed along with a CBC to see your haemoglobin levels

Pl do sputum for Afb and sputum for cb natt test. If it is negative, and there are no active symptoms  ,it is not active Tb.The present symptoms may be due to old Tb.pl consult with Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
