This pathological condition is more common in japanese population . Needs though investigations and work up to comment further on a chronic disease . Kindly share your MRI cervical spine and keep in mind that if conservative treatment is failed then you may require surgery .So get appropriate consultation and go for recommended treatment before it’s worsened.
