Hip pain and Vaginal Smell

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My Last period date was on 3 Aug and ends 9 Aug..I had taken letrozole(2.5 mg) for 7 days this month. We have contact from 10 Aug to 22 Aug( one time on all days).. Now for a few days, I have a foul smell from Vagina..There's some kind of watery Discharge From Vagina... And also I have slight hip pain... What's the reason for this?
