Hijama therapy is holistic approach along with cupping thaerapy... It's also known as wet cupping.
I would suggest that first try any remedy or therapy which doesn't give any cut on your body. If everything else fail then only you should go for wet cupping... It's my personal opinion...

For what condition you are looking for that treatment?? It's basically cupping with skin cut from where blood is let ooze. But the thing is why hijama when other techniques can help you.
