Consult with a doctor

Hello Mr. Sourabh, shoulder pain can be because of many reasons such as tendon inflammation, muscle tear, ligament injury, bursa inflammation, etc. These things cannot be seen on x-ray. I would advise you to consult a Physiotherapist and get correct diagnosis and treatment
Next Steps
Visit a Physiotherapist as early as possible
Health Tips
Do not lift heavy weights with that arm until you meet a Physiotherapist.

When u have problem in your shoulder then there must be any reason behind it, may b injury or work related problems. If possible upload image of your shoulder x-ray. If the x-ray report is normal then do initial pain management by using TENS/IFT/UST , if there is no swelling or inflammation then apply wax bath or if there is swelling then apply icepack or cryotherapy.
Next Steps
lie down in supine i.e. on your back, and do should exercise in pain free range i.e. there should not be any pain during exercise and in given range.
Health Tips
sleep on your good shoulder, don't carry weight on affected shoulder and hands. check your Blood sugar level. if possible consult with a good physiotherapist.

Did you fall down or injure your arm? It’s difficult to assess your problem over the phone. Please meet an orthopedic doctor or a physiotherapist close to where you stay.
