Hi I done my mouth gums cleaning after coming back to there I used one gel hexigel which is telling to u for use but after using that mouth ulser is coming in my mouth it's to much panning I can't eat n talk what I should do now

Hi. Hexigel is contains Chlorexidine which is an antimicrobial/antiseptic. Hexigel is used to help relieve ulcers. Rarely do I have patients complaining to get ulcers from Hexigel application. Ulcers can be caused by stress or trauma from biting the cheek/lips, or from traumatic toothbrushing. Ensure balanced diet during ulcer break out periods. Eat lots of zinc-rich foods, like banana. If you feel that the Hexigel is causing this side effect, discontinue using it.
