Hight T3, T4 levels

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi My thyroid levels are as follows T3 - 2.09 T4 - 14.1 TSH - 4.34 WBC - 10200 -> mild Leucocytosis with normal differential I am 25 weeks pregnant and don't take any medication for thyroid. Are the above values a concern ? Does it mean I have thyroid ? Will it affect my baby ?
