I am 30 yr old male having a sedentary lifestyle. I can't sleep properly and feel fatigue most of the time. I get tired very easily like- running 200m only. I use to run 2km daily without any problem. Now it seems totally impossible. I am attaching my blood test report of
Lipid profile. All the values are high. Suggest me some ways to control it. (Diet and exercise). Please reply. I am also feeling heaviness in my chest area most of the time.
