Your TSH level of 7.9 suggests subclinical or mild hypothyroidism (depending on your symptoms and T3/T4 levels).
Next Steps
Please consult for treatment. If you experience symptoms like significant fatigue, weight gain, cold intolerance, hair loss, or mood changes.

Listen it's very difficult to cure need lot of patience. I m a known case from 36 I m now 69 yet on thyroxin. Tab thyroxin thyronorm75mcg one before breakfast. Tab calcijoint XT one at night as thyroxin is calcium depleting agent. Bone becomes weak. So please continue.

If t3 and t4 are within normal limits, you will just need lifestyle modifications for now along with repeat test after 1 month. Kindly consult for full treatment.
