I'm a 25 year old male. I have high blood pressure due to my sedentary lifestyle and fast food eating habits. My pressure stays at 138/90 - 150/100 mostly.
I have been diagnosed with high pressure for over an year. I was told to do some lab tests. I have never been on any medications for high pressure. Do I need to take blood pressure reducing medications or can I make my situation better by doing lifestyle changes.
I'm attaching my
LFT report and
Lipid profile report. My
sugar seems to be normal, it read 78 mg/dL and my
kidney test has also been done, UREA reads 28 mg/dL and
CREATININE reads 0.93 mg/dL. I wish to know how grave is my situation and thanks in advance.
