High trans sphinsteric horseshoe fistula
I was diagnosed with fistula post abscess and have undergone fistulectomy + lift procedure +seton, 5 days back.. Along with the normal blood and discharge, I am getting some pus draining as well.. Doctor says that is OK but I have read that pus discharge is a sign of infection.. Is pus discharge like the one in image ok ?
