High sugar with low amniotic fluid
My afi at 28 weeks was 7.6cm after medication it came upto 7.8cm at 30 weeks. My recent sugar levels are 119 at fasting and 190 after 2 hrs glucose test. Can this complicate the situation?? Very worried?? How long can the pregnancy be pulled??

Sugar levels are high... U need to meet endocrinologist for diabetic diet and sugar monitoring. You might require insulin as well. Both maternal and fetal monitoring is required at regular intervals. If diabetes comes under controlled, we can plan delivery at 37 to 38 weeks. As far as the AFI is concerned, its slighly on the lower side. U need to monitor it frequently. High blood sugar with reduced liquor is to be concerned.control your sugars and see a diabetologist .consult your gynecologist for less liquor

Blood sugar is higher side ,need to control with diet and medicines, uncontrolled sugar can cause complications for mother and baby both during pregnancy and delivery

Hi. Bl sugar can be managed with medicines or Insulin if required . AfI is on lower side . Continue the med as advised . Hope for the best .
