Asked for Male, 31 Years

I had high sugar problem in recent times for which i consulted daibetologist for which she gave some 6 months course and gradually she reduced my tablet intake..now she has totally stopped my medicine and asked me to take some powder from her dietitian...however i want to check for a Ayurveda medicine , please suggest me a best ayurvedic medicine ....my last sugar report is Fasting 113 and PP 124...

Hello,,, your sugar reports are well in control, why you want medicine again!!!!!? Please continue what you are taking now,, avoid high carbohydrate diet,, that's sweet, sugar etc, add some physical exercise to your daily routine these are enough for,, you, please avoid any medicines when you really don't need them.
