High SGPT & SGOT
I am 21 weeks pregnant my LFT blood report says that my SGPT is 581(IFCC KINETIC) , SGOT is 415( IFCC KINETIC)  & AlK phosphatase is 236 ( AMP buffer ) what does it means & does this high values harm my baby... Please suggest me I am very tensed

Your Liver function is distorted.  In fact level of all the liver enzymes are very high. It shows that liver is damaged. You didn't mention about serum bilirubin level. Liver disease in pregnancy is a serious matter.
Next Steps
