High risk pregnancy
I started feeling my baby movement from week 18 it's my first pregnancy and now currently in my week 23 but the baby movements are not at all consistent some days there some days not and only in the extreme lower abdomen and mostly in the left side had my 20 week scan and everything was fine

The baby movements are not consistent because babies have sleep cycles.
However you should get your sonography done every two weeks.

Regular baby movements or kicks are usually to be counted after 24-25 weeks. If your scan is fine you need not worry.
