  4. High Prolactin in blood. Visit doctor?

High Prolactin in blood
My prolactin is more that 200 however I am not pregnant. The test was done in the morning after 30 mins of waking up. I sometimes feel yellow discharge from my breast. Right now I am under medication (mob500 mg). I have gastritis and h pylori. Is there anything to worry about? Do I need to visit doctor?
