High prolactin
I'm a non-pregnant woman, I am having liquid discharge from my nipples. My prolactin level is 46 Ng. I was given cabergoline by my gynaecologist but since I was scared I did not take it. I'm also having vision problems such as early keratoconus. What is the cause of this? How should this be treated? Does it mean I have pituitary tumor?

This is hyperprolactinemia. You may visit an Endocrinologist for the same. Whether it’s pituitary Timor or not can be confirmed by MRI
