High prolactin.i got my blood test done my prolactin show 143 I heard is very high can I know what could be the reason and what needs to be done I don't have any milk secretions also

Please give history as to why the prolactin test was done. Were you taking any medicines for High BP or Gastritis/Acidity or Depression for long time? Are you having any eye problems? Please get an MRI Brain done..
