your  problems  may be due to moderate  anisotropic, computer  vision syndrome and high  myopia. not  only at this  age but  later  on also  any refractive  surgery  is full of risk. to get relief  at present  you may use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily and for better vision  can use contact lens.

You are not eligible for any refractive surgery legally as you have not completed 18 years of age. Evaluation for degenerative/pathological myopia is a must. Career choice is important and depends upon your aptitude and inclination largely. Need to discuss across the table. You are welcome for a personal interaction.
Next Steps
Consult a senior eye surgeon with a complete set up for investigation of retina

Pain and dry eye during computer work may be due to dry eye and computer vision syndrome. You can use olopatadine eye drops three times daily and lubricant eye drops (CMC 1 %) three times daily. Every 20 mins take a break for 20 seconds and look at a distant object that is atleast 20 feet away. Regarding ICL you must listen to the advice of your ophthalmologist. Also avoid any strenuous exercise/ activities.
