High myopia with - 14 in left eye and -19 in right eye. I have problem with doing computer . I feel pain and dry eye during operating computer . My doctor Mr. Avnindra Gupta said that your eye retina is very weak. So there is risk in ICL . He said that you should not go for ICL
Now my main question is that can I read computer engineering or not

your problems may be due to moderate anisotropic,computer vision syndrome and high myopia. not only at this age but later on also any refractive surgery is full of risk.
to get relief at present you may use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily and for better vision can use contact lens.
