High levels of liver enzymes

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am 20 years old and 105kg 168cm. In 2013 I had a blood test, and ALT was 54U/L. And now I did another blood test and now ALT: 147U/L, AST: 73U/L while other enzyme levels seem ok. I am wondering what is wrong. Could you please comment on it.
