High level of SGPT/SGOT in 3rd trimester
My wife is in her 30th week of her pregnancy. She felt itching on her hands since one day so we did a lft test.Her SGOT/SGPT levels are 272/393 respectively which are quite high. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Please get her HBsAg, HCV and sonography upper abdomen done (if not already done).
She should be managed on good protein and carbohydrates diet. She should get Hepa-merz or Hepakind and Multivitamin supplements.
