High hemoglobin
Last month I tried donating blood and as a mandatory check they checked for hemoglobin and it came out as 19.1 Initially it thought it might be due to dehydration so I drank 2 glass of water and still it came out 18.2. so they denied me from donation. It made some changes in my diet so I had been taking foli hair multivitamin tablet which I excluded from my diet and started drinking more water for one last month. Yesterday I again went to donate blood but here also the hemoglobin came out 19.1 I have no clue why this is happening as I don't fell any sort of discomfort tiredness or sickness. I feel absolutely fine. The only change in my lifestyle in this lockdown came in the form that earlier I use to do weight training regularly and now I don't do any sort of excercise. Around 2013, once my hemoglobin went down to 3.8 or 2.8 not sure of that but it was really low. Doctor performed all sort of tests to identify why this is happening but were not able to identify. I recovered from it
