Hi my hcg level are 117799 for 8week gestation. Is it normal or I m carrying twins. Pls help

Its not normal..this s too high..it could be because of multiple pregnancy or rarely molar pregnancy. Get an ultrasound done at the earliest to know the reason for the same. Consult a gynaecologist near you for further management
