High fever, tick fever

Asked for Male, 5 Years

My pet is having fever from past 10days. It is very restless. Doc has diagnosed tick fever by blood test reports. It has been given some injections via IV. My pet felt little better at the first day of injections and saline. But not much improvement after second dose. How long will it take to lower down fever? How long will it take to cure him from this fever? Hope it will get well soon
