My niece is getting fever above 101 degree only at night , she also complains of head ache. Please suggest some medicine and let me know the cause.

She will need to examined for other associated symptoms like cough, sinusitis, bodyache, vomiting. It can be a viral or bacterial fever. So kindly consult a paediatrician for further evaluation and treatment.
