High Fever not coming down with mefta
My baby boy is 2 years old. Weight 10 kgs. He has been getting Fever from the last 2 days. He is having a cold sneeze coming and eyes feel tired and sometimes tears are coming. Morning used 2.5 cetrizine syrup and night also used Fever mrng at 3.30 am is 102 used ibutime plus suspension syrup 5ml        Fever morning is 100 at 10 am and I used ibutime plus suspension syrup 5ml         Fever 3 pm is 101 used meftagesic syrup 4ml      At 5:15 temp is 102.3 not used any medicine Now time is 7:40 again the fever is 101.9 All the readings taken under arm. Please suggest which medicine should we take even fever not coming down with meftagesic please suggest next fever medicine time since fever came back with in 2 hours back what is the solution giving sponge light heat also
