  4. High fever. 4 degree. what should i do!

High fever
My son is having fever from yesterday night. He is 3.5 yrs old weighing 15 kg. I gave him calpol 250 (5ml). But fever didn't come down so gave mefkind p(6ml) as said by a doc also prescribed hhamclave dry syp. but within 4 hrs the fever again went upto 102.4 degree. What should I do

Just wait and watch. Could be viral infection. If no improvement do repeat examination by your pediatrician and he may suggest basic investigation if required.
