  4. High fever. Am very afraid. please help?

My daughter is having fever from 3days. I am giving her Azithral 200 from yesterday with Alltime CF but her fever is coming. And today morning she has 101.6 fever. And now I saw coming white thing inside are mouth. What to do i am very afraid . Please help
