High fever
My 2 and half years old son is suffering from fever from last one day. 3-4 days before me and my wife starting developing fever and body ache and wet cough which got better after taking some medicine. However, now my kid has started showing similar symptoms where his head is feeling hot because of fever while rest of body is normal temperature. He is still breast feeding. You can give paracetamol to the child but need to know his weight for appropriate dose.
Watch for any rashes, lethargy , dehydration, monitor his urine output.
