High fever ,headache, cold and bad throat
Hi, my wife arrived from europe after 1.5 month and fell ill right after arriving here. she complained of pain in throat initially and then she started having headache, bodyache, cold. she is having consistent high fever (webt as high as 101.7 and was brought down with paracetamol but it again goes back up). she has infection in throat. i have her CBC test results where eosinophil count is low. could you please guide if it is a normal viral fever or i should take it more seriously. i am attaching the cbc report. also what to do when the fever is very high and not coming down, cannot give more than 4 paracetamol(650mg) to her(she has liver issues)

No viral fever lasts for more than 1 months. She has to be evaluated thoroughly now. Without a proper history and examination, it is difficult to diagnose at this stage
Next Steps
In case she has Liver disorder, she can not be given any dose of Paracetamol

Blood reports are normal. Have to rule out the cause for fever. May need to take Dengu H1n1 and Malaria tests. Is there throat pain, aggrevates at night?? More history needed for prompt treatment suggessions.
Next Steps
Dengu H1N1, Vidal for typhoid and Malaria smear tests should be done to rule out the cause for fever.
