High fever from yesterday night

My daughter is having fever(100.03f),this is sudden fever,we gave calpol oral drops 2 times between 4 hours gap.what should I do now?

Most of the pediatric medicine are weight based. Still at one year if we consider 8 to 10 kg you should give syp calpol (120 mg/ 5 ml) 5 ml every 6 hourly.if there is no other symptoms then it may be viral also,so you can weight for 2 days and consult if it continues.
