High Fever from 2days

Asked for Male, 5 Years

My son 5years old having fever from 2days evening time he s suffering mainly now also he s having very high Fever i gave him medmol ms 2 doses i gave gap for four hours for 2nd dose kindly suggest how to relieve his fever for present

If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms,consult your paediatrician asap.
