High fever and shewaring

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hello Doctor, my Kid is 4.5 years old and he suffering from high fever from last 24 hours and he is shewaring a lot. We gave him calpol 250 mg syrup 4 times in last 24 hours. Gave 5ml each time. But syrup working only for 4-5 hours and temperature is increasing again. Please help.
