Hi doctor my child having last four days cold& cough & runny nose.suddenly from yesterday night started fever I went doctor he has given belo medicines after taken this medicine no improvement as of now for my child doctor. Age 30 months Fever 102 Medicines​ Clavam forte Sinarest af Calpol Asthalin
