High fever and running nose.

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My 1.5 years old baby girl is having a fever of 102 along with constantly running nose. She is under stress and is crying a lot. We have given her Crocin and relent but they do not seem to be working.

Just give paracetamol for fever and repeat 4 hourly,and steam inhalations 4-5 times a day for cold and cough. If not improving in 2-3 days,consult your paediatrician.
