High fever after hep shot

Asked for Female, 2 Years

My 2 year old twins got their hep shot on thursday. One of them have been having very high fever between 101 to 103 and vomiting we have been doing the Tylenol Motrin every three hours. We went to the hospital on Saturday but they said it is normal because of shot. But it is now Sunday past 72 hours and she is still vomiting and high fever 103.5.

High grade fever little rare after hep vaccine alone..was given dpt with that?if persists after 72 hours ,may b other infection...need to rule out..get a checkup done again..test may b needed.
