High eosinophills

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I had dog bite. After 3 days the bitten area got infected, and my eosinophills elavated rapidly, 40%.and lasted for 8 months before it settle to normal level, now my brain feels sleepy, underarm itching, eyes red, swollen left side neck lymph node. Head pains under sun. what should be the cause?
