High diastolic blood pressure
21 years old female. Maintains healthy diet & exercise but blood pressure is remaining around 125/95 (measured bp several days & the results are almost same). Takes Veracal 40 mg (2 times a day) for last 6 months as a treatment for tachycardia. What should be done?

Which should include 1) excercise 2) Diet modification 3) Meditation /yoga Inspite of all these and if repeated episodes of tachycardia pls visit cardiologist for a HOLTER 24 hrs ECG Monitoring
