Have high cholestrol level sland BP of 140/95. Any suggestions to reduce both? Currently not on any excercise or medication

You should check whole of lipid profile and you should take tablet atorvastatin 40 mg once a day and tablet amlodipine 2.5 MG once a day and you should go for repeat lipid profile testing after 3 month and blood pressure monitoring morning and evening after starting tablet amlodipine
