High cholesterol
In May 2024, I had my total cholestrole 292,  tryglyceride 200 & HDL 60. Doctor prescribed me rosuvastin 20mg. After one and half month of medication my total cholestrole was 138 but my SGOP,SGPT & alkaline phosphate increased significantly due to this doctor told me to discontinue the medication. Now after one and half month, my  lever function became normal but my total cholestrole is 300,  tryglyceride 168 & HDL 48. Please suggest remedial measures

Restart Atorvastatin 20 mg..if liver function gets deranged again..non statin therapy should be started like Bempedoic acid. Since it is costlier option..u should try once again with statin .n repeat lft after 1 week
