Your BP was earlier 150/95, now it is around 130/90. This means BP has improved, but the lower number is still slightly high.
ECG and Echo are normal, which is a good sign. But BP still needs proper control because long-term high BP can affect the heart, kidney, brain, and eyes.
Please do this:
Check BP morning and evening for 7 days and note it down.
Reduce salt, pickle, papad, chips, and packaged food.
Walk 30â40 minutes daily.
Sleep well and reduce stress.
Avoid too much tea/coffee.
If BP repeatedly stays 130/90 or higher, proper BP medicine may be needed. Do not depend only on homeopathic medicine.
If BP goes above 160/100, or there is chest pain, breathlessness, severe headache, weakness, or blurred vision, get urgent medical checkup.

While your BP has improved from 150/95 to 130/90, the diastolic pressure of 90 is still above the normal threshold of 80 mmHg, which means your blood pressure is not yet fully controlled. Persistent diastolic hypertension at your age needs proper management â lifestyle changes like reducing salt intake, regular brisk walking, weight control, and stress reduction are important but are usually not sufficient alone at these readings. It would be advisable to consult an allopathic physician to assess whether antihypertensive medication is needed to bring the diastolic under 80.
