  4. High BP and pulse. It anxiety induced?

I had c- section on 22nd of April.There was no complications during and after the pregnancy.My bp and pulse rate was all ok. I haven't slept properly after the delivery. Today my father passed away in the morning. Since then my bp and pulse rate is very high.It is 153/99 and pulse rate 135-145. I took amplodipine 5 mg in the afternoon at 1:30 but still there is no improvement.Which medicine should I take as I am breastfeeding also. Is it anxiety induced?
