High BP and chest pain with weekness

Asked for Female, 50 Years

53 yrs old Female history with angeoplasty. I am having 40 mg bp tablet.. today morning after taking bp tablet Checked Bp was 180/80. And Dr asked me to have another 40 mg tab in Night also.. So I am little confused about it.. plz tell me what to do? Why my BP kept increasing?? Suggest me what should I do! I am enclosing my test results. Thanking you in anticipation.

As your BP is still high you should take another antihypertensive to control your BP properly. Regular BP monitor is essential and titration of proper anti hypertensive is of utmost value in your situation. You need to elaborate what other medications you are taking along with other relevant reports.
