If this is the level of sugar and is confirmed by retest you can start with Tab Gemer 2 before breakfast and Tab Ziten 20/500 before dinner. On this you must monitor your fasting and PP sugar and get back with reports after 5 days. Continuing the same medicines after 5 days may cause hypoglycemia
