I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure in my health checkup. Kindly advise if I should visit doctor.. Even though I don't smoke.. And I drink occasionally.

hello.. yes kindly get your bp checked again and at regular intervals as one reading of high pressure is not significant... and do not ignore also as if are blood pressure is high then you need to be started on anti hypertensives..delay of diagnosis may cause complications specially to your eye...
