You need to do a blood test - Hypertension profile. ECG and 2D Echo and renal colour Doppler to identify the cause. Treatment with different group of medications will be advised based on your reports. Monitor your BP regularly. Reduce salt intake. Exercise regularly after controlling your BP. Sleep for 6-7 hrs. Reduce your stress levels.
