High Blood pressure, Pain in the Arm.

Asking the question on behalf of a friend. Female, 23 yr old. I have following conditions, Recently I am feeling very tired, and some times dizzy. And from last 3-4 months i have vomiting and tiredness as well (not often once in a 4-5 days). I also have pain in right arm, ( comes in the evening usually). Checked the BP ,it was high, around 160. ( ECG TMT report shows no issue with the heart.) My last period was around 25 days back, didn,t happen much (just for a day). 2 days back i found blood in my urine ( not sure if its spotting, it didnt happen again and nothing on the cloths. Not sexually active since 40 days, and there is no conception. Urine pregnancy test taken 2 days back, came back negative. Can you tell me if i am pregnant or i am facing these issues from other sickness.
