High Blood Pressure.Omega 3 intake ok?

My mother and father have high blood pressure problem from last 15 years. Both are age above 60. I want to ask you that will it be ok if i gave them AMWAY SALMON OMEGA-3 Supplement. Are these tablets safe to give.
