High blood pressure
Newly diagnosed HPN, all blood /renal aretery Doppler/EGG/Urine /TFH investigations are ok. Taking Telmesartan 40 mg/OD for a month but no respite as BP contibues to be around 150/100.Any suggestions please ?

1) Cut down on salt and carbohydrates 2) walk about 4-5 kms per day atleast 5 times a week 3) keep a weekly log of your blood pressure 4) do above things for about 4 weeks and see
