My mother is taking amlodipine basylate tablets 5 mg and another doctor prescribe her calcium tablets is not it cause any harm to my mother. My mother BP now shows. 120/80.from the first she take amlodipine she feels very weak as she fell down. Does she stop it. She feels tingling and cooling her head.

You can use both the medications.It is because of Amlodipine only the BP is controlled..so continue it.Do monitor BP if it is further low then the dosage may be reduced.
